Bonnie Fowlkes Obituary – Kulpmont, PA
COAL TOWNSHIP — Bonnie A. Fowlkes, 53, of 727 Scott St., Kulpmont, died Friday, May eleven, 2012, at Geisinger-Shamokin Space Neighborhood Hospital after a sudden illness.
Born in Ashland, Nov. Eight, 1958, she was a daughter of Frank Fauland, of Elysburg, and Mary Moore, of Washingtonville.
On March 19, 1988, in United Methodist Church, Shamokin, she was married to Bobby Fowlkes, who preceded her in dying Sept. 18, 2004.
She was a lifelong resident of Kulpmont and was the proprietor/supervisor of Bonnie’s Family Restaurant in Kulpmont for six years. She additionally labored as a cook for residents tee shirt layout at Ann Joachim Home, Kulpmont, for the previous five years previous to her becoming unwell.
Bonnie was a 1976 graduate of Mount Carmel Area High school and was a former member of St. Mary’s Church, now Church of the Holy Angels, Kulpmont.
She was a fun loving, completely happy, good-spirited and caring woman who beloved her sons, grandchildren, late husband and her two cats, Sadie and tee shirt layout Misty.
In addition to her dad and mom, Bonnie is survived by two sons, Dal Tyson Elliott III and his wife, Amanda Lynn, of Coal Township, and Josh Jacob Elliott and his fiancee, Courtney R. Smith, of Kulpmont; grandchildren, Deven Elliott, 10, Dusten Elliott, 6, McKenna Rayne Elliott, 20 months, and Kyele Dehoutaint, 9; a sister, Rosemary Jackson, of Mount Carmel.
